Your experienced and collaborative leader in Ward 11.

I believe that local government plays a supportive role in defining communities and bolstering the economy. I'm spending my time in office supporting your local community association, working with passionate resident groups to improve neighbourhoods spaces, working with my colleagues locally and provincially on affordable housing and preventative social services, and working with administration to evolve transit, local area planning, the downtown, and community green spaces.

As your Ward 11 Councillor, I believe...

• Ward 11 communities are full of amenities and green spaces, some of which are underutilized or needing upgrades. My priority is to bring investment into community spaces, parks, and city buildings, promoting neighbourhoods as vibrant places to live and play no matter your age, income, or ability.

• We live in an age of advancing technology. As Calgary embraces a smart-cities approach we have the ability to make better decisions and create smart solutions driven by data and innovation. All sectors working together will continue to keep Calgary on the global radar as a leading city.

• As Councillor, I will need to balance the interests of all who live and work in Ward 11. I will promote policies through active listening, intentional dialogue, and thoughtful engagement. This practice welcomes conversations around the diverse needs of all Calgarians with my peers, colleagues, community leaders, and citizens.
