A few quick notes on contacting the Ward 11 office:
- Respectful language is required at all times.
- The office reads all emails but does not reply to all matters. Due to the high volume of email we prioritize responses.
- As we receive similar questions/concerns, the personalized response you receive may have the same information we share with others. Consistency is important when relaying information.
- Comments about your position on various matters are compiled weekly and forwarded to Councillor Penner for review. These are often issues addressed on social media (see below) which you can watch back.
- The Ward 11 team is well equipped to support your concerns and loops in Councillor Penner as required.
